I am L\u2019Acchiappasonno – <\/span>The Sleep Catcher<\/span><\/i>: a pediatric sleep consultant.\u00a0 I am an <\/span>internationally recognized<\/b> sleep expert <\/b>and mom of a very energetic girl. When my daughter wasn\u2019t sleeping <\/span>I<\/b> felt lost, I felt alone and misunderstood<\/b>; I saw the negative judgment surrounding parents who admit to struggle because of bad nights. As a mom I have experienced some very hard moments that made me struggle mentally and physically. I soon realized that my son\u2019s inability to sleep was impacting the whole family. This is how I met Anna. After seeing by myself the positive change that sleeping had on all of us I decided to train and work with her.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n My goal is to help as many families as possible, helping those who are struggling and who need to know more about children’s sleep and how it works.
