My sleep approach: the Sleep Sense Program
When I found myself struggling with my daughter’s wake ups increasing day by day I didn’t contact a sleep consultant straight away because I didn’t know who to trust. Then I found Dana Obleman, the founder of the Sleep Sense™ Program.
Dana, taught me that “healthy sleep habits make for healthy children”, and supported us in teaching our daughter independent sleeping skills whilst allowing us to choose among different methods; soon the half hour that anticipates night sleep became one of the best moments of the day.
What is the Sleep Sense Program?
The point is, there is no one method for every child. Each family and each child and age group have different needs; it is important to know and understand each other and find together the right path. The child will learn how to sleep independently, the parents will teach him how and I will support them in doing so throughout the whole process.
I chose the Sleep Sense Program, that has helped more than 110.000 families around the world, because it made me feel safe and understood. Dana taught me the importance of sleep for children’s growth and has taught me how to care for this need. If you decide to walk down this path with me, I will work with each family and child through empathy and devotion.
How does the Sleep Sense Program work?
My approach is simple:
- I’ll give you honest information about why sleep is so important for your child’s well-being.
- Following a consultation I’ll lay out an easy-to-follow, step-by-step plan that lets you make some choices about what is the right approach for your child.
- I will support you through the whole process.
- I will teach you how to measure success and tell you what you should expect along the way.
